I did electronic energy in college and now I am in what I would call energy engineering. Also have done some software engineering as well. I don’t think I would change from what I am doing now, but I think electronic engineering is a great choice for a degree, as it is a mixture of hardware and software, so it gives you a lot of options when you leave college.

I’ve been an electronic engineer, communication engineer, software engineer and electrical engineer. I think I’ll stick with the later for a while yet but the future will be all abut the robotics engineer or the biomedical engineer.

I did mechanical engineering in College. I would probably pick civil engineering if I was to change. Most of my job relates to civil engineering. I do a lot of work with civil engineers who carryout detailed design of the wind farm roads and turbine foundations.

I’m electronic engineering specialising in optical engineering (light). Before that I was in physics. If I had to change, I’d probably look at mechanical engineering and building spaceships & rockets.

If I could change right now I would be more interested in aeronautical engineering. i know a lot about turbines and hold some patents but have little formal Aero training.. just picked it up.. am also an amateur pilot!
