  It;s quite complicated to explain – the refrigeration in the last company I worked in wasn’t like the fridges that you have at home. Imagine huge rooms (40 metres long and wide) filled with racks and racks of frozen food at -18C that you could drive forklifts in and out of. They are the sort of fridges that were used.
