Hi Niamh! It’s quite complicated to explain, but I’ll try 🙂 The last company I worked in had massive fridges to store loads of food for Dunnes and Tesco etc. Basically. Imagine a huge warehouse full of pallets of food and the whole room was -18C. A new customer wanted us to have the room colder and to get there food colder faster as well. We thought at the start that it would cost us around €20,000 to do it and it would take around 6 weeks – and we would have lost the customer. I spent a few days on it with one of the other guys over a weekend and we found a way to do it by using equipment we already had so we had to spend very little money and could set it up in a day. The new customer started the next week!
